Rooftop Yoga season Starts! @Yoga Weeks Barcelona

The rooftop Yoga season at the Terrace of Yoga Weeks Barcelona is officially starting!

After the success of the open day we hosted for Sant Jordi, we have decided to bring forward the start of the season and extend the hours of our open Sky Yoga sessions at the amazing Rooftop of Yoga Weeks Barcelona.

Yoga Weeks Barcelona Rooftop, ​​is a large terrace on the top of the building offering a different perspective, amazing views and fresh and sunny vibe where we practice Yoga every day. Saluting the sun at the rise, and giving it the best farewell every sunset.

The Yoga Weeks Rooftop hosts regular classes with the best international and local teachers as well as events related with Yoga and its lifestyle.

Classes will start next Monday 18th of May and will continue during all spring and summer until October.

Do not miss the chance to start this season with us from the beginning to the end, and to  get started from the beginning in your practice, make the most of the coming sunny months and masteries your practice whilst enjoying this place and its magic.


Together, the teachers and he team of Yoga Weeks we hope to have the chance to enjoy with you these special sessions in this new place at the heights of the city centre!

Classes and schedule

Note: Classes have a duration of 60” and include the practice of different postures (asanas) with the breathing (pranayama) and a final relaxation (Shavasana)

Our classes are always guided or accompanied and include at the end of the session a ‘fresh juice or an iced tea. ” . A time where we rehydrate from the practice and have the opportunity to talk with the teacher or  other students to share or get a bit of more feedback or tips of your practice.

On demand classes: if none of these timings seem suitable for you but you would like to experience regular classes at Yoga Weeks Rooftop, please send us an email to: info@yogaweeks.co and we will try to organise it. We can program classes from 5 students.

Yoga Types

  • Vinyasa Flow: Asanas synchronized with breathing. Peace, strength and flexibility.
  • Rocket: It is a style of yoga developed in San Francisco in the 80´s. It is based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice. Strength, dexterity and moderate intensity.
  • Ashtanga: Asanas, on a bit more agile flow than Vinyasa, synchronized with breathing. Stamina, strength and flexibility.

Beginners: please don’t feel intimidate it! All Yoga Weeks practices are adapted to all levels and students can choose their own intensity. Teachers are there not only to teach but to accompany you during your practice and throughout the development of that one. Yoga has proven to be one of the most complete practices you can do, and for many one of the most pleasant physically, mentally and spiritually .You will like it and our mission is to ensure you get started pleasantly and with confidence in your practice.


  • 1 day pass: class + Juice/tea: 10
  • 3 days pass: classes + Juice/tea: 25
  • 10 days pass: classes Juice/tea: 60
  • 1 month pass: unlimited classes + Juice/tea: 80
  • Season pass: 5 months classes + Juice/tea: 250
  • Full Membership: unlimited access to classes Juice/teas + events: 300€*


*The money raised from season and membership passes will be dedicated to invest in the space with the following services for members: outdoor hot/cold showers, changing rooms and closer services. Be part of this project, invest in Yoga and the most important invest in your health, wellness and body.

All passes expire after three months. The pass of the month will be only for the selected month.

There will be no classes on rainy days. Passes can be used for other classes during same season, but not next.
