The training is structured into four immersive weeks, each with a distinct focus:

• Ashtanga Self-Practice Immersion: A full week dedicated to developing a consistent and sustainable self-practice, which we believe is essential for any serious yoga teacher.

• Yin Yoga & Anatomy: This module offers deep insights into the anatomy of stillness and the therapeutic power of yin, a valuable complement to more dynamic practices and an excellent offering for retreats or restorative settings.

• Advanced Vinyasa Sequencing: A creative, resource-rich week designed to inspire teachers with innovative sequencing strategies and refined teaching techniques.

• Integrative Yoga: A practical module focused on adapting yoga to meet the needs of students with injuries, physical limitations, or specific conditions—empowering teachers to lead inclusive, safe, and supportive classes.
