50 HOURS YACEP ADVANCED VINYASA SEQUENCING
This is a high-quality 50-hour Advanced Vinyasa Sequencing Teacher Training held in the heart of Barcelona, certified by Yoga Alliance.
This one-week certification provides the essential tools to master advanced sequencing techniques for Vinyasa Yoga, while deepening your understanding of dynamic movement including the important adjustments.
The training runs from Monday to Friday, with weekends free for relaxation, self-practice and exploring the vibrant city.
As one of the four modules in our 300-hour RYS Teacher Training, this course counts toward the full 300-hour certification. If you choose to complete the other modules in the future, this training will contribute to your advanced 300RYS certification with Yoga Alliance.
Prerequisites for the Course: Ideally, you should have a 200-hour RYS teacher training certification or several years of practice to ensure you can follow an advanced program like that one.
If this is not the case, we recommend starting your studies with our 200-hour RYS training before progressing to more advanced training and deepening your yoga journey.

The Shala
The training takes place in a beautiful shala located in a quite private alley on the Born area, on Carrer Volta de la perdiu, 2.
Its a tranquil safe space, with a beautiful inspiring entrance and all facilities we need for a high quality training. Located right at the centre of Barcelona old town.
The House
Beautiful Modernistic house right at the hear of the city. All commodities included. This lovely space is used to host Yoga Retreats and trainings
The centre is located in a nice lively street, yet minutes’ walk away from the central gothic neighbourhood and a 10 minute walk away to the beach of Barcelona.

On our teacher trainings we deeply care about nutrition and food. This is why is included on our package. We consider essential to follow a gentle and nutritious diet whilst doing the training. The training includes:
- Fresh breakfast at the shala consisting in: fresh natural juices, fruits, muesli, coffees and tea, will be served on the breakfast break everyday.
- Daily Lunch during tuition days: Lunches are served freshly cooked from our chef at the shala. A nice and delicious moment when we sit at the table to share.
