Our 60 minute Vinyasa classes are taught in English and combine breath, movement and mindful flow to guide you through a practice.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, everyone is welcome. Our teachers offer variations to suit different levels, so you can enjoy and develop your practice in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
