Hi, I’m Anne Fleur! My journey into yoga began when I was simply searching for a physical activity to improve my fitness level. To my surprise, I discovered that yoga offers much more, going way beyond the physical practice. And I loved it. Yoga made me feel full of joy and inspired. After seeing the community and loving energy in yoga places, I realised that I wanted to be part of that world. That’s when I decided to do the teacher training. Best idea ever!
In my Vinyasa classes you can expect Meditation, Pranayama and Asana practice. Depending on the circumstances of the class, I like to put in a challenge, always suited to your level. Resulting in you leaving my class very chilled, while energised and happy.
